LOR User Posted November 28, 2017 Share Posted November 28, 2017 I have the 10W-Flood-Plug-n-Show package and want to add it to my existing LOR system. I have been trying to change the Unit ID (using Hardware Utility) but I keep getting a pop up window that says. "Cannot Change Unit ID. Unable to change unit ID. Please retry." The controller has a steady red light and the Hardware Utility shows "01 - CMB24D V 1.05" The flood controller is the ONLY controller connected to the PC when I attempt the unit ID change. The lights do turn on/off using Hardware Utility's test function. I have tried different cables and computers. Any suggestions? Thanks. oilmoney Posted November 28, 2017 Share Posted November 28, 2017 If that's a CMB24D controller you need to set the unit ID using the dip switch on the board itself, look in the back of your manual for the correct sequence for what id # you want or tell me and I'll look it up for you.
