Help in San Diego

I live in San Diego. I've been trying for years to get LED lights around my house. I have the lights and a light-o-rama controller. I just want one row all the way around my house that I can control the colors and make them flash, etc. Every time I start to dig in to getting this done, life gets in the way, I have to take a break, then I have to relearn everything when I get back to it. I'm just not making progress. I know this is a long shot, but is there anyone in the San Diego area that would be willing to get me over the finish line and get the controller/lights working properly? Obviously, I would be willing to pay for this type of help.
