Concerning Life SIze Singing Dancing Snowman with servos

Hello all My name is Paul and I have a couple of questions. My husband and I are adding animatronics to our Christmas Show this Yr.  One of Which Were taking the Gemmy Lize Size Singing Dancing Snowman. I Dont know if theres away to use the motors already in him with the servo dog and if so  Would like to  know how to  connect them to  the servo  dog. So were trying to  use servos instead and not sure if anyone has done this already. We have and idea for his shoulder and arms and his mouth but not sure how and where to  places the servo to  drive the head left to  right.
