Modify SuperStar Effect in a converted S4 Sequence

Recommended Posts

SCC07

v5.0.2

OS Windows 10.0.14393

Toshiba Satalite S55 Intel Core i7 3630QM @2.4 GHz 12 GB Ram

I have opened an S4 sequence with S5 and cleaned up all the problems.  Now I open that saved sequence in S5 and tried to open SuperStar on an existing eff and get the pop-up box that says "SuperStar Effects must be placed on a single motion effect row".  I thought that was what I had done by selecting the first timing increment in the Props row.  Then I tried opening the prop and selecting a lower level object.  No matter what I did I could not open Superstar.  I was, however, able to open SuperStar in a new sequence.

Thanks for posting the picture! However, from the screen shot it is not clear what "Garage Array" is. Can you try expanding it?

Also, please note that 5.0.4 is now out, so it is better to perform any further testing with that version. Thanks!

Garage Array is a 14 x 50 CCP array/matrix that in over the garage.  I use 7 LOR CCP's full length, 50 pixels per row.  First row is bottom left.  I have sent you the sequence.  When I open this sequence in 5.0.4 I cant even find the Insert SuperStar Effect to select.  It is above the Insert Toolbar Effect in 5.0.2 but is missing in 5.0.4.  I will double check to verify and send a screen shot of the menu.  If you have moved it I haven't been able to find it.
