The other day a gentleman approached me and explained this is his first year and he just received his LOR equipment but can't get any of it to work. He is running his show from a computer off of his home server over wifi. He has LOR controllers running in DMX over ELLs which were sequenced in Vixen and converted to LOR and wants to run everything from his phone. Why isn't this working? Okay so this isn't a real scenario and I did exaggerate a bit. The point I am trying to make is don't try and get too advanced with your setup, remember KISS. The more advanced you try to make your network the more problems you are throwing into the equation and the greater the chance of something going wrong. Your viewer's will be amazed with your light show no matter how you get there.
