Prop does not show up in SuperStar in my assigned Row and Col

I added an LOR-driven LED string prop to Visualizer (a tune-in sign) to my existing Visualizer file.  I forced the row/ column of the new prop to Row 23, Column 14.  This is an empty part of my sequencing grid in SuperStar.

I imported this visualization to SuperStar.  SuperStar's sequencing grid has the prop in Row 1, Column 21.  Nothing is shown in Row 23, Col 14 of the sequencing grid.

Any hints as to what I missed?  

My Pro version is 60_CCR v4.3.14.
