My IDS blocked you for multiple FTP hits with an anonymous account.

lightingnewb
Address works for me Still having trouble accessing the site.... I get to 14 hops and the request already timed out. Last IP reached was 12.91.29.10 I wonder if it's because it's an EDU website... ftp.mmc.edu Type that into the address bar and it just has a "login" box... gsmith37064
I do not allow anonymous logins. Are you accessing it with a user name and password? Also what is your IP address? I will check to make sure the IDS is not blocking you.
