debtoews Posted December 7, 2015 Share Posted December 7, 2015 Ok- I know i get 5 licenses so my question is- when I do an upgrade...going from advanced to pro- do I get another 5 licenses? How do I find out how many Ive used? Can I buy additional ones without purchasing the software again? We seem to always have to upgrade our computers every year and now especially since Im doing 16 houses with 4 networks and next year looks like even more! Thanks! PhilMassey Posted December 7, 2015 Share Posted December 7, 2015 Firstly, Licenses never expire, they stay with a machine and die with it.When you run out of licences, for example if you get a new PC and have used your 5 seats, you would simply open a help desk ticket and briefly explain why and they will grant you additional seats.
