Orville
MP3 file must be in the recommended 128kbps{bit rate} and CBR format, not VBR. I have used 192kbps with success for 5 years now though. If it's an MP4 file, I don't believe the SE can read that format, however, I don't know if the newer versions can or not. Someone with anything above what I have 3.8.2 will have to chime in on that one. But if you need to convert look for the free music editor Audacity", that's what a lot of folks here use. I have a commercial music editor I use to do mine, but many users here swear by and say Audacity really works well and does the job.
iresq
MP3 file must be in the recommended 128kbps{bit rate} Must be in the recommended? ☺ But yes, audacity plus mp3 plug in is the way to go. Search around, plenty of info available. Edited December 4, 2015 by iresq
