Tried to fine a how to on putting video and or pictures in the sequence editor and had no luck.

I would like to have a picture on my matrix board for about 10 seconds and run  a short video also.

I have the pixel editor and the pictures are unrecognizable when on the board.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

What resolution is your matrix? What resolution is the picture?

Photographs will always look bad, unless you have a very high resolution matrix.

You cannot put pictures or videos on your matrix from the sequence editor. Use the pixel editor.

I have 2 inch spacing. 16 rows of 45 pixels. I did use the pixel editor. I used a picture of a snowman. It was not high resolution because in Matts training he said it would not look good.

I know I'm missing something that is why I'm looking for something to read on how to do it.

Thanks for your reply

John

Send me the picture and I can resize it in Photoshop, so it fits exactly on your matrix. I can test it on a matrix the resolution of yours in the visualiser, and can try it on my 12*24 matrix.

I can resize the video if you want. I know that is tricky but I have the software to do it.
