Back up.

Simple. Go to the directory where your sequences are stored. (It's usually in C:Program FilesLight-O-RamaSequences, but you can put that directory anywhere when you first run the sequence editor.) If you don't know where your sequences are stored, launch the Sequence editor, and select "File" -> "Open". When the dialog appears with your sequences, click on the triangle to the right of the "Look in" box and you will see the path to your Sequences folder.

One you have the Sequences folder, simply copy everything there to a CD-ROM or Flash drive.

Any advice on how to back up my seqences to CD. disc?

Actually, I suggest backing up the whole LOR folder (program files, sequences, etc).

Copy them off to practically anything you want. There's nothing special about that folder.
