Dead CTB16PC ???

I purchased 5 CTB16PC complete kits - factory wired boards.

4 work great, one is a problem.

Trouble shooting I've done.

Removed fuses, check continuity - OK

Measured 120 VAC from NEU to left side of fuse - OK

Measured 120 VAC from NEU to right side of fuse - OK

On the 16 pin header, looked for 5 VDC between bottom left pin and 4th pin from top on left - NONE

Checked for 25 VAC on left side of D1 and D2 - NONE

Voltage jumpers are correct for 120 VAC.

What else can I check or try?

I just ordered another CTB16PC in case this one is dead and I really need these 16 channels this year. If get this one fixed, will have an additional 16 channels for next year, total 112 channels.

Just like cmoore60 said: contact LOR support. They'll get you a new or replacement board quickly.

I'd shoot an email to support tonight, then call first thing at 10am est.

Those were my plans, was just wondering if I had overlooked anything that I could try in continuing to trouble shoot it today.

You could try checking the voltage out of the xformer, diode bridge and/or voltage regulator...

The diode bridge did not have the 25 VAC present. That was my step 5 above.

I already have sent the email to support, and packed the unit for return.

Cool -- not familiar with the unit so wasn't sure what D1 and D2 are...

Update:

Had an email from Dan before 10:00 AM EST this morning. He is sending me a replacement board, and I've already sent my old one in.

Gotta LOVE the customer service at LOR.
