chadh Posted November 1, 2007 Share Posted November 1, 2007 Hello everybody,I finally got my IDMx to get power by plugging it into the controller, but now I have another problem. I have my IDMx plugged into a dimmer pack with four channels. When i go to the consol utility and turn on the 1st channel, all four channels turn on. I can not get them turn on and off seperatly. MS_Mike Posted November 1, 2007 Share Posted November 1, 2007 Some dimmer packs have an internal setting which is usually set by some control panel on the dimmer pack that will have all channels respond, in pairs, or in single channels.I am using a Chauvet dimmer pack and it has that option.You might check your dimmer pack's settings.Mike Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
