Lor Sequencer Questions

I have been trying to smoth out this sequence for a while now and seem to be making it worse. If you look at the full file, some of it is out of sequence at the begining, (my fault) but later around the drummer boy he is out of time. If you play the next video (small), it is set to play the current screen and without any changes to the sequence the drummer is back in time.

Same sequence, same everything. The audio file is 320kbs and not variable. Which way will this display when I get the LOR boxes? What do I need to do to correct it?

After posting this and watching the videos again, I have added another sample from the end of the song.

Notice how the 15 trees in a triangle are out of time in the full version and in time in the last video.

This is making it tough to get in time. I layed this out from start to end and then went back starting from the end to try and get things completely in sync. I got back to the drummer before I saw what was happening.

I don't have an answer, but I will mention that my experience was playing anything in the sequencer would have occasional timing issues because the CPU is busy redrawing the screen and trying to keep the music at "full tempo". Until you can actually play it using the Show Scheduler with a controller I think you're about as far as you're going to get. No offense intended (to LOR), but with this version of the Sequencer you can't finalize it using the Sequencer alone as your gauge of precision.

Unrelated to your question ... that's a great layout you have, and you have a terrific sense of style. Can't wait to see the real thing next year.
