ShaggySS Posted September 4, 2013 Share Posted September 4, 2013 I ran into a similar issue it had to do with the LOR dongle. Its been a year but I think it had to do with the LOR dongle being plugged into the computer but not plugged into a controller that was powered on. Easy fix.
