Hello I have S3 Advanced and wanted to add Superstar so I went to upgrade and it cam back as I don't have a license. But took my money

Did you get a email with a new license key. If I remeber right you should get a new key.

It did not, It says I don't have a license. But do have a license in S3 adv.

You need to make sure you use the same email address when purchasing an upgrade, etc., as you did when you first bought the license.

If you can't get your license information via either of these links, you will want to contact LOR support ( http://www.lightorama.com/support ) and put in a ticket there. They'll be able to help get the license situation straightened out for you.

Take that information (along with the license number) and submit a ticket at lightorama.com/support

Include you payment information (so they can find it quicker) and they will get it straightened out for you.
