Although I have taken all the steps necessary to open the new options, the uprade doesn't work. It is a new computer I am on, but the license number and all to activate shouldn't be affected, right? ken collins Posted May 18, 2012 Share Posted May 18, 2012 I'm gonna guessyou entered your license key and regester'd your upgrade. I recall, you should have gotten an e maail with a new license key. scubado Posted May 19, 2012 Share Posted May 19, 2012 If you created sequences in demo mode, then get a license, then that same computer has to open the demo sequences and then resave them to unlock them. If the demo computer is no longer available, you need to send your sequences to LOR to unlock them. I had this happen to me when I was new.
