Error When Exporting Instant Sequence

When I try and export a sequence it comes up with the following error.

Error: Your SuperStar license level requires that you Visualization have 2 green sequences or less during export.

At the top of the screen it has SuperStar Sequencer (2ccrv3.3.0.0)

I actually have no CCRs, just 224 channels?

This has been a common reported complaint. Currently the 2 CCR license level allows you to export 2 sequencing rows. If your visualization got sorted into more than two sequencing rows, then with the 2 CCR license level you won't be able to export it. Currently the best solution is to try importing your visualization again and setting the "Scrunch the Sequencing Grid" option. This will most likely pack all your channels into fewer rows.

In the next release I plan on changing this. I will make the export limit be based on the number of channels you have instead of the number of sequencing rows. I will assume 150 channels per row, meaning that the 2 CCR license level will allow up to 300 channels.

My visualization has 224 channels, but has seven rows. Will the 2CCR license cover this when it is fixed?

Yes, I will change it so that the 2 CCR license will allow up to 300 channels regardless of how many sequencing rows your visualization uses.

Large visualizations shrunk to fit in SuperStar
