zman
I figure I would ask this before I corrupt my Show.lss file. Can this be opened AND edited safely in a text editor? I just need to basically find and replace an extension on the sequences. I am using last years Show file, and I always rename the sequences for the year with a year designator. So I want to replace all the "10" in the .lss file to "11".Thanks ahead of time.
bob
That should be fine. However, I strongly suggest making a backup copy of your original show file before making any modifications to it, and also testing it after you have made modifications to it. bob
Well, wait:So I want to replace all the "10" in the .lss file to "11". Don't just do a global search and replace. There may be occurrences of "10" in the file that are not related to what you're trying to accomplish. So search individually for each "10", and decide individually whether it's appropriate to change it to "11" or not.
