Upgrading

I upgraded to 3.1.2 demo mode. I had advanced 2.9.4 It says I must have S3 to upgrade to Super Star. So many options....it says that Super Star comes with S3. Can someone tell me what I need? Thanks

First, if you have not purchased anything then good.

Now, see what your current license is good for: http://lightorama.com/licenseCheck.html

Now the fun part -

What do you want? Do you want a SSE license? Do you think you will eventually want one? If so, you then you want this: http://store.lightorama.com/suse.html

That link will renew your current license for the S3 software *and* get you the SSE license of your choice.

If you just want to view the SSE in demo mode, but can't because your license doesn't support S3, then you want this: http://store.lightorama.com/solire.html
That link will renew your current license for one year, thus allowing you to activate S3 so that you can use S3 normally. Again, the SSE will remain in DEMO mode with this link.

Yes.

(Adding this here for those who may read it later.)

Keep in mind, though, this would not take your regular license from "Basic Plus" to "Advanced". It would simply renew your current software license at its current level and give you a 24_CCR license.

I have an advanced lic now. If i purchase the $199 SSE will only be basic? And if so what do I need to do to keep advance?

You need to do nothing to keep the Advanced.

Note the highlighted part of my post:

"It would simply renew your current software license at its current level and give you a 24_CCR license. "

Ok Don I thought this would be easy.........purchased the lic. and after cut and past I get a registration error activation error 10. Triple checked all the correct case senseative information.

I thought it would be easy to. I've never heard of that error message (and I don't see it in my other resources.)

Visit www.lightorama.com/support and put in a ticket. Be sure to include any screenshots of the error (if possible.)
