Fan Arches and Leaping Light Arches

I'm using this design for a fan. Wrapped a 70 count string and it was exact. Looked like 2 strings per channel will come out to be 8 channels. That's one color.



Oh and I did my first one using 3/4" and the friggin T connections busted. So my second one I used 1/2" and it worked much better.

I'm going to hang my above my garage door.

how do you tie off your sleeve ends so that the wires dont fall off the end? photos would help if available please. thanks!

Zip ties.

I have latice screws in the arch to hold the outer ring. But I haven't strung the lights yet. If the screws don't work well, I'll go with zip ties.
Hopefully I will have time tomorrow to start stringing the lights.

Plan was to hang it in the empty space above the garage, but it's like 70lbs with all the lights on it. So it's grounded.

Just an Idea for you for storage. How about getting a pair of ladder hangers, mount them to the wall, hang the arch upside-down via the pvc bar you have at the bottom of them.
