software@lightorama.com? Anyone check this address?

I emailed software@lightorama.com because I migrated all of my LOR onto a newer PC and I need to purchase another seat for my license.

The pop up told me to email software@lightorama.com to request another seat. This was over a month ago.

Is that the correct address or do I need to contact someone else to make this purchase?

Your license comes with 5 seats. If you have 5 computers in use with the license and you are changing one of the computers, you should be able to contact LOR and they will set you straight w/o having to buy another seat.

I've used all 5 seats already. That was the problem. The email address that was given to me, "software@lightorama.com", came from the pop-up on the software itself, stating that I was out of seats.

I will try the support email address.

I received an email from this address when I upgraded my license. I responded but got no response.

I just sent in a repair ticket to them from the website. Got a response next day with some extra seats. Thanks for everyones help!
