steve synek
I will be setting up a multiple network this year. My question is, can I duplicate controller ID numbers and expect them to operate independently if each unit is assigned to a different network? Or more specifically, I assign a 16 Chanel controller unit number 01 on the main network and a CCR #01 on Aux A network, would this work?Steve
Guest wbottomley
I don't see why it wouldn't.

Donny M. Carter
So can I do the following?1) Have my RGB landscape lights on one network2) Have my Christmas show on a second networkand run them at the same time?

There you will see where you can define the network. Thus, all of your programming will be in one sequence, spread out over multiple networks. J_Plak
for more info on this go to your LOR app in the help search and type in Network Preferences (Sequence Editor)

miles
This is what I am working with this year waiting for Dan to post the setup for mutil networks. This year I am going to be running 144 channels plus 12 CCR's. How many network's do need to get this up and running? If I need 3 networks do I need to get {3} USB485B or would I need {3} RS485 Network reapeater plus the wireless antennas? When is the sale this year running late? also S3 software when is that coming out? Gotta start planing for thsi years christmas light show. Thanks,MilesMon, Jun 6 2011 11:44am - Dan BaldwinWireless (ELLs) is not recommened for CCRs because they will only run at 57K (1/2 the maximum network speed). ELLs will be fine for the 144 channels.I would add two additional networks to run the 12 CCRs on. You would only need two of the USB485 adapters (not the USB485B)...The sale will be in mid July, the S3 software will be available at that time.Best regards,DanLight O Rama, Inc.Tue, Jun 7 2011 3:40amDan,Is there a cut sheet on how to setup 3 networks on one system? Thanks,MilesWed, Jun 8 2011 10:55am - Dan BaldwinNo there is not a sheet but we will make one up and post it (in the next few days).Dan
