Sequencing CCR's in SE with Channels 151-157

    As usual......YOU ARE DA MAN!
  2. Would it be possible to give us the option to move the tools panel to the tool bar in one of the future updates? And, possibly, be able to lock rows/columns? Thanks bunches!

Sequencing CCR's in SE with Channels 151-157

I would love some kind of class on how to get those little buggers to work the way I want them to. I'm just using the CCR's for arches, but they can do a whole lot more than just fades and chases and I'd like to get them figured out before I re-sequence my entire show for this year. Thanks!

The random strobe would be nice. I'd like to do a random strobe, let's say in white, and put it over a fade or chase of a different color. Any ideas?

Sequencing CCR's in SE with Channels 151-157

I have no idea of what he was answering either. But at least now I have several more explanations of what CCR's are, that I really didn't need, and misinformation about being able to remove them, which was never the question. Guess I'll go through every version of the programming guide and put all the examples in a spreadsheet and work them from there.....there's only a couple effects I'm really interested in that just take tooooooo long to do without the help of those channels.....

Sequencing CCR's in SE with Channels 151-157

Yup, read several versions of it and am still having issues
  7. I'm trying to find a simple explanation of how to use channels 151-157 in sequence editor to program my CCR's. Sometimes it works, sometimes it doesn't. Is there a list of some sort that explains exactly what needs to be done for each channel to sequence them to get the effects described in the programming guide? Scrolling through all the channels to set and effect is making me crazier than I already am!!!!!

    CCR Question from oz newbie

I'm having the same issues. I used to think I was intelligent enough to operate the CCR....having my doubts now. Does all CCR programming need to be set up as an animation? I already have songs that are done and just want to throw the CCR's in on top of the sequences that are done. I really have no desire to figure out the timings again. I must be missing a chapter in the instruction book......................

    Controlling dem cords

Wow, never thought of that. Do they sell it in 1000 ft rolls? :-) But, using regular extension cords, ya do build up some muscles I'll tell ya! Thanks for the info.

Schedule Editor - I just do not get it

Boy oh boy, do I feel your pain! I've tried adding up all the time for my musical sequence, then the time for the start-up sequence, and the ending sequence and the "blank" sequence with a looped animation to run a couple circuits of lights that just plays a few songs until the main show starts again. All I've managed to do is end up with a couple of bald spots from pulling out my hair! I have figured out if you schedule several shows, like in my case, if one runs from 5:00:00 to 5:30:00 you can't start the second one to run from 5:30:00 to 6:00:00. The second show will start correctly if I set the time to something like 5:30:03. I guess my biggest headache has been adding all the extra tenth of seconds into the toal time of the shows. I thought I FINALLY had it figured out last night only to find out the animation running in the background on the blank sequence didn't start the same time as the music and kept shutting off.... NOT what I had intended. So, I guess back to the drawing board. I thought about throwing the whole lot into one show, but it would run too long during the week, and I sure don't want to irritate my neighbors any more than they already are. Some of the Trans Siberian Orchestra sequences are pretty flashy! hehehe
