  1. Doug, thanks for much for sharing, all of us know how much work it is to develop these. Take care.
  2. I'm normally not one to jump on the bandwagon, but, I bought a copy of SuperStar this year and and I'm really impressed with it. Anyone who's unsure, shouldn't be. It works great and it generates really cool effects.
  3. Technical difficulties? Please stand by.... Keep your fingers and your wallets warmed up...
  4. Guys, Thanks, that does seem to be the issue. Appreciate it. Merry Christmas.
  5. Good Suggestions! I'll give that a try and see if that's it. Appreciate it. Craig.
  6. Has anyone else experienced this? The LOR monitor freezes during my show for no apparent reason. The OS is still running fine, just the LOR monitor gets stuck. I have to reboot the machine to get the show to run again. I've replaced the computer and I'm getting the same result. Has anyone else experienced this and what did you do? Could it be one of my sequences? I'm running 2.8.12, I'm not going to upgrade to LOR III until next season. I could upgrade to 2.9, but, will this help? Thanks. Craig.
  7. Thanks for doing this, very helpful!
  8. I had the exact same problem (strange) with the exact results (the problem went away on it's own in time). I have 8 controllers and this is the first time I've had any issues. I may send it off to Dan after the season is completely over to see if all is ok. I'm glad in both cases the problem seemed to have resolved itself. Take care all and Happy New Year!
  9. I have had this issue also. What I've done is use more rope lights where the squirrels tend to be most active. My wife got me a BB gun for Christmas also. Doesn't kill the darned things, but, scares h*** out of them.
  10. No suggestion yet, but, do you have a video you can post with a demo of it's capabilities?
  11. This sounds really cool. I'm interested also. Thanks for doing this.
  12. Mike, Congratulations! I've built 6 and I'm working on a seventh and I've found the instructions easy to follow and the kits very well made. I've built lots of electric kits over the years and these were by far the easiest to do. Now comes the fun part, hooking up lights! Take care. Craig.
  13. Happy on this end also. Bought one more PC controller (high power) for this season (bought 2 at the "tax" sale earlier this year). My neighbor wants to join in the fun this season, so I'm going to run 96 channels at my house and 16 at his, should look really cool!
  14. Just about the same sentiments as everyone else. I used 2 of the PC models and 2 of the CTB16D boards. My experience: - Set up was very easy - I also liked saving a little on the display budget! My only issues were GCFI related and I was able to take care of those. I'm going to add 2 or 3 more this year.
  15. I'm glad I stumbled on to this thread. I'm sitting in my office in dreary Rochester, NY and reading this stuff has me laughing out loud. You're right, NO one under 25 (with the possible exception of my kids who watch all the same movies I do) would get any of this. TO-GA TO-GA TO-GA
