  1. What's the result when you run the sequence? Nothing? No lights, something else?
  2. That's what I thought. I found that it hung on something last night. I'll have to trouble shoot it tonight. I have everything verified. Not sure what the problem is yet. Thanks for this. Paul
  3. I have created one show with 6 songs and one animation in it. I want to loop / repeat the show within the time slots I've set aside for the show. I run the shows from 5-8 on weekdays and 5-9 on weekends. How do I set this up in the scheduler? Thanks for the help. Paul

  5. When I configured the Pixcon16 thru the NP util, I used the simple setup and told it that I had 100 pixels per port. In reality, I use 50 pixels on some and 100 on the others. Do I need to go back into the NP util to change that for each port or will the definition from the Sequencer work? Thanks. Paul
  6. Thanks, I appreciate it. I have another question, when I configured the Pixcon16 thru the NP util, I used the simple setup and told it that I had 100 pixels per port. In reality, I use 50 pixels on some and 100 on the others. Do I need to go back into the NP util to change that for each port? Thanks.
  7. Ok, thanks. I'm using the LOR 12v pixels. What would you recommend for power injection?
  8. Hi, I'm trying to figure out how many strings I can run on one port off of a Pixcon16. Is it 100 pixels or can I do more? I'd like to do 150-200. I appreciate the help. Paul
  9. Well, I think I figured out my situation. I submitted a support ticket and support recommend that I upgrade my firmware. I was running v. 2.0.11. I upgraded to 2.0.13. After that, I ran the HU test for the Pixcon and no luck. Then, I changed my network from Aux A to Regular. Low and behold, everything worked! Very weird. I have both boxes working now but only if I have the Com port configured in the Regular network, enhanced, etc.. Does anyone have any thoughts?
  10. Well, I figured out some of my issue. My Pixcon16s were running firmware 2.0.11. I sent a note over to support and they told me to upgrade to 2.0.13. They noted they were having issues with the Pixcon16s. I reset the boards and brought up the HU and went into the Pixel Console. No luck. I moved the Com port from the Aux A network to the Regular network. Low and behold, it worked! Switching back to the Aux A using the same settings, nothing lights up. I'm not sure what the issue is. I sent this update over to support. Has anyone here seen this? If so, can you let me know? Thanks. Paul
  11. Would you have any idea why I can't control a Pixcon16 set at a unit id of 60? I got one going with a unit ID of 4. I can't get the second one going. I believe it's communicating properly and has the correct pixel type selected. Both lights on the board are solid and no lights are lit on my test string connected to port 1. Do you have any thoughts? Thanks. Paul
