Once you have the prop built assign it to your preview in pixel editor. Then click on that prop and play with all the effects till you find something you like then save effect and add to your sequence.

Thanks, but I don't think you understood what I'm saying.

I want to program each Node/Light by it's self as I can't find what I want in the Effect area.

I want n1s1 RED, and n2s1 WHITE, and n25s1 BLUE, etc.

What is the end result you are looking for?  If its a picture of a flag, it's best to go to Paint.net or Photoshop and draw one out and insert it into the PE Effect area.  I use Paint.net all the time and what I do is set the canvas to the same size as my matrix so anything I draw corresponds with the exact pixels on my Matrix.

You could put each node separate in the sequence editor and do it that way.

Just use a gif. I found that to be the easiest way. You cannot control one pixel at a time with a prop in pixel editor

SuperStar let's you have complete control down to the individual pixel, string, or light if needed. You can build images or import them as well.
Personally, I sequence EVERYTHING in SuperStar.
