I use the HC channel for my bursts. I use 30/30 which as stated doesn't fit so I flipped them and adhered them to the back. 

Personaly, I don't care for the look when using the defusser. But I have experimented with it and it can be difficult to snap on but once on, works well, if you like that look.

And agree with whitebuck, taking that cover off is a pita.

Just be careful when upsizing fuses.  Each bank of 8 outputs on the Pixlite16 is only rated for 32 amps.  That's why the board comes with 4 amp fuses.  8x4=32 amps

Hello, It depends on a bunch of factors. I am running 12v pixnodes ws2811 3" spacing and my first pixel is anywhere from 15ft to 30ft of cable from the controller. I have several runs 20ft to 30ft

Yes, but easily overcome with a heavier gauge wire. 12V is less sensitive to lengeth   Someone else will have to answer TIMING issues
