Limit on pixels/universes per sequencne

Is there a limitation in LOR as to the number of pixels that can be in one sequence or the number of universes?  I have seen some very elaborate RGB display's on Light fights that had me wondering what the boundaries might be.

A universe is 510 or 512 channels depending on what software or controller you use. You can only have 170 pixels per universe. I am unfamiliar with LOR controllers, however i know that in FPP, you can have 256 universes for 130,560 channels.

I had a 48k config in SE used just for converting from xlights to the pixel editor & it worked. Slow as Molasses though. :)
