Several other forums have nice graphics on various layout.  auschristmas and doityourself.  I below the power injection suggestion/grapics are in their wike pages.   Oe or both of these sites also has a chart on wire guage use and distance for pixels.  That was my basis for using 16/3.  I found extension cords about the cheapest route and it's full copper and not copper clad wire.  I even use it for power injection, just cutting of the ground wire and using just a pair of wires for PI. I get 50ft 16/3 extesnion cords from homedepot for $11.
