anyway to update vs importing every time i change something

Just started playing around with the visualizer program and followed the pdf step by step from the site, now I'm making my own and everything works and is going smoothly but i have 2 questions i cannot figure out

 

1. every time i go into visualized and add a new arch, I open PE and the added arch is not in the preview when i play, I have to of to "manage preview" and import it again with a new name or delete the previous and import with same name. Isn't there a way to just have PE see the changes made in visualizer thats linked to the changes i made?

2. My window is 1 channel on my pixie4 costing or 2 CCR's with 50 pixels each, 100 total but i can't seem to make a prop CCR with more then 50 pixels. Any workaround?
