Missed it last year. ?

Hopefully oil prices are a little higher soon where we can splurge this year!!

(Wife said all current splurge money was spent by yours truly during the spring LOR sale. ?)

2 tickets on hold for Dec 2 Toledo, just got off phone with friend in box office.

Whooo Hoooo!!!!!!!!!!!:D:D

Ha Ha, Don't think the wife would like that. I can get mid floor to back floor, or 2nd tier Handycap area, plush arm chairs and close to concessions.

Got my tickets purchased. Section 5 Row B. :)

In the center section. Could have gotten closer but it would have been off to the side. I prefer front and center for their shows but that's just me.

My local concerts go on sale on Friday morning.  Looking forward to it.  I was in the second row off to the right side last year, gonna shoot for a little farther back in the center for this year.

Jim, I think you might be happier a little further back and in the center. Because of the light show, sitting in the center and just a ways back seems to be the best viewing of the show as a whole, IMHO.

But don't get me wrong, on either side is still good seats. :)

I'm on the fence. This will be my 4 th show in a row if I go. Seeing that it is an after Christmas date this time and is a repeat of the same show as 2015 (which was EXCELLENT by the way) I may pass this year. Pentatonix is playing close by, may see them instead.

as seats go, I have sat front row, and back. Best was last years - dead center 8 rows back from stage.

The theme may be the same BUT the light setup desing and stage setup change every year. I've gone the post 8 years in a row and every year is different from a visual standpoint.

The "show" is the main reason I go. :)

I just wish you had a choice in seats. The only selection was floor and hope you got something you liked. Same thing last year.

Jim, from my experience, you kinda had a choice, kinda. Deny the seats they gave you and make another selection. I did this for 30 minutes until I got seats I preferred, from what was given to me to choose from.

But I think I know what you mean. Actually click the seat locations available to reserve them, then purchase.

Maybe the choice selection will get better in the near future.

Looks like you might get the original tso?  Or not?

event playing in Detroit and Portland Oregon the same day and times.  Dec 30.

I didn't realize the blue man group philosophy could carry over to TSO.  Blue man hires local musicians and sends "trained" blue men everywhere including ship cruises.  Is this what TSO is doing too?

There are two tour groups, east and west, touring simultaneously.

Each of the two groups is made up of core members of the original Savotage group.

I have seen both groups and if you did not know you would not tell the difference.

They always hire six string players from the local symphony for each show.
