Basically, if you press "quote" there is no means to cancel it  " No Cancel button"

I just quoted you and I was able to delete it using my mobile device. 

Upper left corner of quote there is a box, I pushed it and it kind of highlighted the quote, I then pushed the back space button and it deleted it. 

There should not be quote in this reply, if there is then never mind.

By George, that worked.  I quoted and deleted several times before leaving the included quote.  Not very intuitive since the box indicates that it's there to move the quote (which I had never tried before, but does work).  BTW, pressing the box gives absolutely no indication that you did anything (at least on this computer and browser),  but it apparently does something.  Able to delete the quote after that.

Actaully, with all the help from the computer/network guru God k6cc has given me, I am tickleld that I was able to help him on something. Puts me on cloud nine.
