All the boards came soldered by LOR. I did not do a show last year but I just got done testing all controllers and they all worked. . They were all used with LED lights. Price is based on the number of years that I have used each unit. I only had 3 Gen 3's and they are sold. . Here is what I have: 3 have been used 6 years........$80.00 each plus shipping.5 have been used 5 years..........$85.00 each plus shipping.2 have been used 4 years...........$$90.00 each plus shipping.1 was used 1 year. It is a 15 amp (modified with one power cord). It is not in an LOR case though it is in a case very similar to an LOR case..$90.00 plus shipping. They are all in great shape.
