Here is the problem, out of the 16 songs we downloaded on to the SD card only 13 play well and 3 don't. They would be the 2 song and the 9 & 10 song. Can anybody tell us what we are doing wrong? Don Posted September 12, 2014 Share Posted September 12, 2014 Couple of questions I'd have. 1) Which director is in use? Mini Director? Showtime Director?1a) What firmware version?2) Does it matter where the two songs are in the rotation? Ie., if you move them to 5 & 6 do they still not play?3) Are these two sequences set up differently than the others in some way? I would also suggest running the verifier on the sequences.
