Outdoor Video screen Ideas

For the past few years I have done my video in an upstairs window  but its not visable enough. I want to move it outside and I  have a good spot for it. I'll have my projector in the garage and facing out the window but now I need to build a screen frame of some type. Looking for ideas. I don't want anything to big. The window I was using was probably 4x6.....  any ideas will be appreciated...

Thanks

For Outside, I would suggest something waterproof. I know they make a shower curtain that is used in the inside videos. My thought would be to build a frame  for that and use it out doors... A coat of Neverwet or Rainex (Much Cheaper, just doesn't last as long)on the shower curtain just to make water sheet off.  (One could use Cascade! :D  JOKE)

In the home theater, I just used 2 king Sized Sheets.  :)

Check out fabric called blackout cloth. I've used it to build home theatre screens. Google how to stretch painting canvas on an easel and it's an easy way to avoid wrinkles.

Depending on the supplier some have a rubbery feel to them. I can't see them soaking up a lot of moisture but haven't tried

My rear projection wreath screen uses this material https://www.dazian.com/product-details/?sku=Translite+Grey+65&variantSku=&categoryId=70&subCategoryId=316&catalog=Dazian. I'm still using the same piece of material since 2006, and it's held up great. I purchased some clips from them to grab and stretch the material, but they don't seem to carry them anymore. I'm sure they could point you in the right direction. The material is pricey, but the image quality is good, and the material holds up well.

Thanks everyone for all the ideas....first off I wasn't even thinking I needed to look at waterproof. I was kinda looking at using what I already had which was what I got from christmaslightshow.com. Now you all have me thinking. So thanks for getting me on the right track....Ralph I had checked that out and was going to go with it as I saw it in another post. I also liked the idea that MikeZ has,,,nice looking display by the  way...I also found this on Staples web site...so looking for the most cost effective....

Try this place: www.customstagedesigns.com

I made my own frame out of EMT conduit.  Nothing fancy, just used (4) 6' poles and (4) 90 deg ends. Easy to put up, take down & store. Total cost with the screen (5X7) & conduit and misc parts was about $60.
