Visualizer stopped

Hey guys I was working on a sequence and when I tried my visualizer the simulation mode wont play. I checked my box in play visualizer in sequence editor. I checked my numbers to make sure they match in both editor and visualizer 30303. Even tried to change the numbers to 30304 and still nothing. Any help?

Some basic troubleshooting questions here.

 

Did you make sure to assign the objects in your Visualizer a Unit ID and circuit number? If not, then nothing will play.

Make sure "Control Visualizer" is checked in the sequence editor.

If those fail, disable your Windows Firewall, as there is a small chance it could be blocking the traffic.

yeah all my IDs are assigned I have ran this the last 2 years. and control visualizer is checked. I will try todisable windows firewall everything was working fine in December. could it of been from a software update.

ok so I turned my firewall off and still nothing any other ideas.

I've had this happen plenty of times.  Sometimes closing and restarting the Vis does the trick.  Sometimes closing both the SE and Vis does the trick.  Other times I have to reboot the PC.  One of those always works.

Happened to me a couple of days ago. Rebooted PC and now fine.
