Wow!  OK Amazon has the CD and if you purchase it, the web site says "Complete your purchase to save the MP3 version to Cloud Player"

I am not exactly sure what they mean by 'Cloud Player'.

I have not done this before so I am questioning whether there are any special hoops that have to be jumped through in order to get the mp3 file into my audio directory.

I hope someone here has purchased a CD from Amazon and downloaded the mp3 file to use in a sequence.  Can you update me as to the process.  Is it straight forward or do you have to use some utility to capture/convert/save the file where we can use it.

you should also have the option to download it direct to your machine as well. (at least the last time I purchased from amazon, you had the choice to do either.) if you use their cloud player, you just have to install a little amazon app, I think it prompts you to if you select that option. hope this helps.

actually, I just popped onto amazon and checked. once you create an account (or login if you already have one) click on Music, then MP3, you can then download and install the amazon cloud player software.

thanks fxdwg.  I made the purchase and installed the cloud player.  There was an option to save the MP3 files to the computer so I am in good shape.  The thing that was bothering me was lack of information about what the 'cloud player' was a what it could do.
