No, that would not work. That LED runs at 70 ma, which the board was not designed for. The specs for the LEDs used in all the Rainbow products are as follows:

Red:
Forward Voltage (V): 1.8-2.4
Forward Current (mA): 20-30

Green:
Forward Voltage (V): 3.0-3.6
Forward Current (mA): 20-30

Blue:
Forward Voltage (V): 3.0-3.6
Forward Current (mA): 20-30

The Rainbow lights are run at 30mA, so you will need to find LEDs (if you want to switch them out) that match those specs. You could also change out the resistors, but I would have to calculate them based on the specs you give me.;)
