Hey, I just got DC controller yesterday and am hooking it up to some RGB ribbons right now.
The RGB ribbons have a common positive. When I connect them to the controller, do I need to connect the positive from all 3 channels together or can I just use one positive and the 3 negatives?

Yup, as long as your wire is rated for it.

by rated your saying as long as the single positive can carry the current load for all 3 channels to be on correct. Im a good paycheck away from jumping the RGB bandwagon but Im trying to get all the mysterys out of the way first.
